The restaurant's owner, well-known Sydney culinary icon Beppi Polesi, provides an exceptional wine list to complement an extravagant menu that changes daily. You could indulge in an unbeatable salmon risotto to start, followed by fillets of fish with scampi, scallops, mussels, oysters, and Morton Bay bugs, or succulent roasted lamb with grilled eggplant and sheep's yogurt.
