Exquisite food, flawless service, and
an almost unbeatable view across the city's western skyline have all helped Mezzaluna
position itself firmly among Sydney's top restaurants. A cozy, candlelit place with plain
white walls and polished wooden floorboards, the main dining room opens up onto a huge,
all-weather terrace kept warm in winter by giant overhead fan heaters. The restaurant's
owner, well-known Sydney culinary icon Beppi Polesi, provides an exceptional wine list to
complement an extravagant menu that changes daily. You could indulge in an unbeatable
salmon risotto to start, followed by fillets of fish with scampi, scallops, mussels,
oysters, and Morton Bay bugs, or succulent roasted lamb with grilled eggplant and sheep's
yogurt. Whatever you choose, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend this place.
