This four-story, heritage-listed boutique
hotel is right in the heart of Sydney's historical Rocks district. Rooms are clean and
well appointed with free videos thrown in, but there is no elevator, so guests have to
climb the stairs. Rooms vary in size, with some being quite large and others much smaller;
bathrooms also vary in size, and none (except the penthouse suite) has a tub. There's one
room equipped for travelers with disabilities on the ground floor. In my experience,
service here can be offhand.
Dining/Entertainment: The beautiful
Harbor Rocks Café overlooks a leafy balcony perfect for those sultry summer evenings.
Live local jazz bands play in the bar area on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons.
Facilities: Limited room service,
laundry service, secretarial services, coin-operated laundry, baby-sitting
